You may have never worried about the Rise of Your Pants when you are shopping for new pants for work, jeans for the weekend or shorts for Summer.
But you can bet your bottom dollar that some pants you wear all the time annoy you more than others.
That feeling you get when you bend over and you have to adjust yourself when you stand up straight again. I would not call it a builders-butt-crack moment but it is close. Am I right?
The pants that show your muffin top more than others, yes those annoying pants!!
I call them my stressful pants, the ones you have to think about all the time when you make a move. And really, I move ALL THE TIME! And you know what… I got rid of all of them. They simply do not fit my PEAR shaped bottom!!

HOW TO MEASURE THE RISE OF YOUR PANTS?
Simple.
Pull the pants from the crotch and measure with your hands approximately how long the pants are to the top of the pants.
21 cm and above is ideal to hide your muffin top!
Don’t worry if you feel that it looks too high up in your waist, as technically your rise will be HIGH, you can blouse over your tops as much as you like.
Your outfits will make you look slimmer as the dreaded muffin top is being held in by the band of your pants.
For every body shape a higher rise is more comfortable to wear than a lower rise.
The PEARS and HOURGLASS figures need to fit in their bottom.
The RECTANGLE and INVERTED TRIANGLE need the extra rise to pull in their stomach area.
