In my 9 years experience as a Personal Stylist in Sydney I have shopped with over 1000 women from all walks of life, body shapes and colour seasons, dress sizes, life styles and personalities. Have a look at what my clients said about their experiences!
Sportscraft is often a favorite brand for my clients for its range of staples in their lines. In winter you will always find a great cardigan and in summer a nice top to go with good shorts.
This winter I have watched their accessory range and I am excited. Below you will find a snap shot of their winter collection which you will find in the Sportcraft store closest to you.
The black one is in a patent leather finish which I personally love but my stand out this winter is the Purple bag in the middle. Nice soft leather, great versatile colours (Purple and beige are universal colours that suits everyone). They don't last long in the shops so go and check it out.
Scarves are great to keep warm but also a great way to dress up a winter jacket, cardigan or t-shirt.
Often ladies have chosen a black jacket for winter whilst this is not necessarily their best colour so choosing a Purple, Navy, Off-white or Burgundy is a save bet. I will make some comments on the warmer orange tones and the very cool light grey as they may not suit every one.
The warm orange scarf will look great on ladies who have a bit of warmth in their complexion. This could be freckles, warm red or chocolate tones in the hair or auburn hair like Cynthia Nixon from Sex in the City or Nicole Ritchie. The darker grey will suit everyone both Cool and Warm skin/hair and eyes.
A great way to bring in warmth as well as old school sophistication!
I find belts are often a GAP in people's wardrobes and below are some great basics in terms of style and colour. Keep your overall size and height into account when choosing belts. You need to look harmonious!
This particular shape (news paper boy hat) is really well suited for ladies with an Oblong face shape in fact better suited than a baseball cap. A great casual winter look! Watch out for the colour and see if the cooler colour suits you.
Not really in the category of accessories HOWEVER these colours get me really excited! In my colour consultation I often find Hazel as a colour that is in my client's eyes and the periwinkles and lilacs below are a GREAT way of making Hazel come alive. The soft pink is again most suited to the Cooler seasons as mentioned above.
