OUR Responsibility
- We will confirm your appointment upon your selection of your preferred package and send you a detailed online Style and Colour questionnaires and a request for images of you.
- Upon confirmation you will also receive an invoice attached outlining your consultations. In case you are able to claim on your tax for our service we will be able to make special arrangements to ensure you get the best tax benefit.
- It is our responsibility to provide you with the best possible service during your consultations to ensure that you get the most out of your session.
- We will do our utmost to be on time for our appointment. We allow 1/2 hour extra travel time to ensure early arrival. In case of unforeseen traffic conditions that are out of our hands we will contact you as soon as possible.
- In case of unexpected illness we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment time.
- We will cover the parking fees incurred at our shopping destination. We are able to give you a lift to our shopping destination as long as you are able to arrange for transport back to your home.
YOUR Responsibility
- Upon receipt of your invoice 50% of the total amount is payable and the remaining 50% is due on your forms and images deadline. If your payment is not received by these dates your appointment is unconfirmed and will not go ahead.
- Upon confirmation of your appointment you will have received 2 detailed Style and Colour questionnaires and a request for images of you with a return deadline. For your appointment to go ahead we will need the forms and images returned by this deadline so we can prepare your consultation and order any relevant products for you in time.
- It is your responsibility to contact Style Angel in case of unexpected illness as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment time.
